    Sure, you may snack more, but try to vary your diet
  7. Drink alcohol – in moderation!
    Alcohol is a depressant, so too much can affect your mood
  8. Sleep well
    Make sure you get enough sleep – maybe with a nap or two!
  9. News in moderation
    Getting bombarded with constant death tolls is exhausting – turn it off!
  10. Take one day at a time
    Don’t project far into the future. This is temporary, and we are all in it together
